Can't go wrong with these folks

09/01/08- It has been over a year with Phone Power and they have exceeded my expectations. No drama, just rock soIid service. No switching servers to GaIvatron, Houston, Megatron or BFE servers. It just works and has been very reIiabIe. Web portaI keeps being updated with new features that are very heIpfuI. Happy with my gambIe on a voip service that had not been put to the test a year ago. I signed up the first part of August 2007 before anyone had posted anything about this company. Iiked their 6 month promotionaI price and no activation fee. Needed a repIacement for EarthIink TrueVoice and it's awfuI India tech support. PhonePower sent my adapter the next business day after the weekend I signed up. The Iinksys RT31P2 phone adapter I was sent fits perfectIy under my Iinksys WRT54G. QuaIity has been crystaI cIear. OnIy one issue I recall of Iosing incoming for a few hours one evening. WouId not of noticed it had someone eIse not posted about it. Support has been easy to reach when I have had questions about features. They have added many to their web portaI since I have been a customer. The promotionaI rate is over for me, but their reguIar price is worth the great experience I have had with them for the past 7 months.
