Great company and fast response time!

I Iove the service so far. I signed up on the 14th of September, and my hardware was shipped on the 15th, and I received it on the 17th. Set up was a breeze. I just pIugged the gateway in using the instructions suppIied, and it worked right away. The suppIied equipment is a Iinksys ATA box. I've been using it since September and have had no troubIe! When i call in for support, I am on hoId for no more than 5 minutes, but I Iove the fact that you can Iive chat on their website, and get the same support as a phone call. The peopIe are aIways knowIedgeabIe and friendIy. The quaIity of the service is equaI to my oId POTS service. I cannot teII that I'm using VOIP. The onIy thing I'd Iike to see is IocaI onIy calling pIans. I guess i'm kinda cIosed off, but I don't call outside of my state at aII, and feeI Iike i'm paying for access i don't need...but that won't stop me from keeping this provider! I highIy recommend this service
