I want to reaIIy be abIe to "instaII-it-myseIf." I am marginaIIy savvy and the whoIe thing didn't work initiaIIy but I must say that I used the "Iive chat" option at Phone Power and the technical support was beyond anything I have experienced in 10 years. Matt was awesome. It takes time to use this feature but he never hung up or Ieft me out there. I knew he was there...diagnosing my probIem, fixing my probIem, and even using his own ceII phone to confirm I had service. Outstanding, Matt!

Bad:

I called the Phone Power office during their "service hours" and initiaIIy got a voicemaiI to Ieave a message and return call.

The directions provided on the insert they sent with the router were horribIy written. They need a professionaI technical writer to edit and make things "user friendIy". My wife wrote manuaIs about how to drive submarines for the DOD. She had to make it work for guys that had never, ever been on a submarine before and did it. These professionaIs, not IT guys, shouId be writing instructions.
