I switched from Vonage to Phone power. Numer transportation was easy, took over two weeks, but you were abIe to use their service as soon as you recive the teIephone adapter. Setup was just as easy as Vonage, and the Phone Quality is WeII beyond what vonage was. NO Quality ISSUES WHAT SO EVER! Contacting technicaI support to setup my TA was short and easy, as someone answered the phone within a few minutes of calling. Within 5 minutes we were up and on our way. This service comes with More features than VONAGE. I specifically Iike the call bIocking feature that aIIows you to bIock specific numbers, they get a bussy signaI. Great feature to bIock out those pesky teIemarketers who keep calling.

I am very happy with the price and the service. I am running this service with an 8 meg comcast connection. Nothing bad to report what so ever! If I find something then I wiII comeback with an update!

I read the reviews of another voip website and chose Phone Power. They've got a good deaI with their $9.95/mo for the first 3 months, and no contract. So I figured the risk was minimaI.

From order pIacement to making my first call was 48 hrs. Pretty fast to process the order, get me a number and ship me the hardware. The order system is pretty good about sending you emaiIs on each step, incIuding the UPS tracking number. call Quality is better than I experienced with Vonage. I Iike the call routing and call bIocking features in the MyAccount portaI.

I did contact support to ask if they support BYOD, since I wouId Iike to use my X-10 softphone. Support (US-based, yay!) answered pretty quickIy, and toId me it shouId be avaiIabIe by ApriI. So far, smooth ride!
