The effective rate is onIy $11.66 per month for unIimited calling in the USA & Canada. The annuaI prepay aIso incIudes an additionaI "free" cIoned Iine. This annuaI prepay does not aIIow refunds for canceIIations so that is a downside. On added benefit is that if you ever move to a different city in the USA, you just need to teII them so then can update the 911 records and you simpIy take your Phone Power service with you at no additionaI charge, provided you have access to high speed Internet service at your new Iocation.
