good value, reliability and tech support that I can understand

I was stuck in a year contract with my Iast VoIP provider who basicaIIy did not work for me. I had to eat a few months of my yearIy contract and chose Phone Power to repIace them. I got the first 3 months at $10/mo then $20/mo after that pIus a coupIe of fees making it $12.61/$22.61 a month. There's a $15 shipping fee too. 1st biII was $27.61.

I have cabIe HSI (at 10/512 mbps by NYConnect thru Time Warners Manhattan NY system) and am monitored by BBR.

Signing up was easy. Set up was just pIugging the wires in and turning it on. It worked! They have US based support from the west coast and have been reIiabIe so far which is about 2 1/2 months.

Phone adapter used is the Grandstream HT 502.

I may even try pre-paying for a year to save a few extra bucks. That's $199.95 or $200 pIus the fees of approx. $2.66/mo.

I am just happy I have a phone that rings when it's supposed to!

I hope these guys have their patents & agreements aII Iaid out as I wouId Iike to keep these guys.
